I find her to be pitchy a lot of the time. I do like that she sings with a lot of emotion though, and also that she plays the piano while singing and has showmanship and stage presence.

@flyingdutchman09 This rendition is not sloppy or awful at all. She sang this song beautifully and her voice is very beautiful and smooth, especially in this performance. I am not trying to push my opinion on you, but this the most beautiful I ever heard her sing.

I am amazed how many people don't know this song was done 17 years before Luther sang it. The original was a hit by Dionne Warwick in 1964.
