In Norway children always get their last-name from their father.

Jury Sedyh and Lyudmila Kondratyeva have divorced, when to Oksana there were few years, possibly therefore at it a surname of mother, but I consider, that it is wrong.

Jury Sedyh married the world record-holder in shot put to Natalia Lisovskaya.
