Tokina 11-16mm Overview for NIKON

Hey, I was wondering if you considered the Tokina 12-24mm f4 as an alternative to this lens? And what made you choose the 11-16mm f2.8?

Btw, I also have the D7000, an awesome DSLR!

yes i considered the 12-24 at first because it was about 100 dollars cheaper but i ended up going with this one mainly because of the f/2.8. but if you're into landscapes and using tripods and things like that, the 12-24 shouldn't be a problem for you at all. I just find myself taking a lot of pictures in low light situations all the time. haha

You really need to turn off the music before you make videos. Plus you've been asked a million times are you a girl or guy? Maybe when you make videos you should be like "My name is ___ thanks for watching" or something to clear up the confusion. It's really hard to tell if you're a little boy or a girl.

hahaha! it says what my name is on my profile.....I think it's kind of funny anyways cuz I do sound confusing. ha! I'm a girl, my name is Danielle. And i purposely put the music on the video. why? because it takes away from my weird camera voice. hahahaha!

@thephotofans You should consider a real pro lens. Nikkor 12-24 f4. It's a monster.
