Somehow Bart never seems to age. Must be from only driving a Vespa and never sitting behind the wheel of a car. ;-)

Man, I can remember how much fun those shows and scooter rallys were....can't believe how long ago it all was. Thanks for the memories, and continued great music.

Why isn't this tagged with "mod" -- Manual Scan was/is as important to the U.S. mod scene Squire or even Merton Parkas are to UK mod revival. Feels like there is some revisionist history going on these days, with some bands denying their roots. Bart Mendoza was the Paul Weller of So Cal, and whether they want to admit it or not, both Paul and Bart were once proud to call themselves "mod."
