  • I find that if i use it as a paste (lots of baking soda and a little water) it works best.

  • @TheOneAnOnlyAuStiN53 it also causes AIDS and fart cancer!!!!

  • i tried it a while ago. it works for a few hours but then it stinks to high heaven... i still prefer deodorant

  • @godsfiddler it doesn't stop sweat, it just stops stink.

  • baking soda can be a bit irritating for some people i use baking soda, cornstarch,

vegetable glycerin and essential oils. i sell my deodorants at purelygreat

  • when doing this, it common for armpits to sweat the first day or two? Mine did, but now..WOW! I'll never go back to deodorant. I know my hair was really oily the first week of baking sida and vinegar in place of shampoo. But now..WOW! I'll never go back to shampoo.

  • so why am i talking to th sink

  • can you use bicarbonate of soda? or baking powder?

  • well said

  • Thanks Nathan, I got some bicarbonate and rubbed really a tiny amount on and it works incredibly! Only subtle natural fragrances left, not even a tracy of funkiness anywhere (rubbed some on my feet too, no smelliness whatsoever after 5 km walk in the sun). It's all natural and sane, hmmm, just great stuff!
