noscoping in tf2 doesn't make you the least bit good. It has no more spread (makes the bullets scatter) and all it does is do about 30 damage. Scope, and get a headshot or something the least bit interesting.
And this map looks fairly bad, and doesn't look to have a competitive aspect to it at all.
