@WheelockAlarms Usually it's because of the diaphram being a little bit funny and it's pretty hard to fix but yes it's very common for this to happen.

The difference between the 9219 and 9236 is if you look behind the 9219 you would find a mechanical horn but if you would look between the 9236 there would be a electronic horn that sorta looks like a speaker... So the difference is the 9219 is mechanical and the 9236 is electronic.
