People call him a pervert all the time, and its hilarious! He's really not that bad though, and of course it's mostly just for entertainment purposes. I'm sure he doesn't act that way in real life, because he's too nice. (Or rather, he SEEMS like he'd be too nice) Some of my friends actually think he secretly has a really hot girlfriend (I wouldn't doubt it) and is hiding her existence from youtube because it would take away from his creepo persona.
