lol i thought this was about runescape LOL

saline and irrigation syringe seems like would be good addition for that sized kit.
Like you say, "flush the heck outta em".
If you're not familiar with it, Tea-Tree oil "first-aid kit in a bottle", takes near no room and good for what ails ya.

biofreeze (for bruises or pulled muscles) comes in little packets as well as the triple antibiotic, hydrocortisone and antifungal cream. they're really handy to have outdoors and they are easy to store. also you might wanna keep a coban bandage (like an ace bandage but it wont get ruined if wet) to support a rolled ankle or a banged up wrist.

ibuprofen, moleskin, and anti diarrhea pills is what I would add. Then it is exactly what I would carry, nice kit and well organized with that pouch!

cyclist shave their legs so wounds will be easier to tape. Good idea if ure in the woods too I think.

cayenne pepper is a great addition to any first aid kit

Good Video, but why do you carry a Hammer?!?
There are plenty of Stones around for sure!
Hey buddy! Great video as usual! Glad you found that velcro pannel for your FR-1. I have a few of them on different packs I use so I can just swap out the kit when needed. Makes it much easier to get your kit when you need it.

If you're out with your Condor II and it starts to rain, is there anything in your FAK that'll get ruined as a result?

@dadinanm3 not really, but I have a cover for the pack.
