With persian ney tongue has to be attached to the embuchure and, as tongue is needed to push air from the button of the mouth to the front teeth, you can't circular breathe on the persian ney. You can do it on turkish ney, kaval, transverse flute, flute, didjeridoo, trumphet, clarinet, sax, etcetera. :-)

@6tin6gle6 : Never mind. Anyway now I know. Circular breathing on persian ney is impossibile. It's possible on every other kind of flute.
