Within this video you will learn how you can create your own custom capture box in a matter of minutes to put on your blog. This way you can start plugging all your blog's visitors into a your auto responder and get them on your email list.

This technique does involve a little bit of coding but it's easy enough to where if you know how to work with code in myspace or Facebook then you should be able to handle this tutorial just fine.

Other than that, feel free to use the image I have created to my blog, or you can create your own custom one as well.

How can I take a form that is already created in Photoshop (flat image) with spaces for name, email, etc already SET in the middle of the form (image) in pre-determined places and line-up my opt-in form so that the spaces align?

@c6tine Hey there, you will need to use tables in order to preserve the look and feel of it in Photoshop. You can do that with the table, td and tr tags. Play around with it a bit and see if you can get it to work. If you need more help understanding tables and how they work, I recommend checking out WebMonkey, they are awesome!
