This wasn't too bad. I had like 2 mistakes that actually lost time, and I did really bad for the first fight with Celeste. Even with just that I could probably get 15 seconds faster. This run is actually pretty annoying. I think i did pretty good though. I must have, since I beat the old world record by 30 seconds.
The xbox record is about 11 seconds faster, but I could have beaten it if i didn't have mistakes.

Can you please explain to me the purpose of the kicking and jumping combo you constantly do when you run? Like at 4:07 (there's a lot of other times, but that's where I am in the video right now). I'm just confused, because I don't see any difference in speed or anything. At least for me...

@turkeysandwich11 Coil jumping while running at full speed is slightly faster. You can go into a time trial to see, because it shows your speed during those

@Jisu1999 The glowing red people are part of Faith's runner vision. It shows enemies. The screen flashes blue when a cutscene starts or ends. I skip the cutscenes here

smooth runs with nice tricks on them are imho cooler to watch than these speedruns lol

this here is more like just abusing glitches and makes it look fugly (such as well kicking in the air to avoid roll etc)

They way to quickily disarm the runner at 3:12 is do a jumping kick and then you can disarm!
