Franks not garbage, he did come in losing before it even began. he ame in with freshly cracked ribs. Thats not how he usually fights. He'll be back.

Frank is just garbage. Can you imagine a rematch with Tito Ortiz after nick diaz walked through frank? Tito would destroy him so easily. Frank is finished and Nick Diaz sucks as well. KJ noons, joe riggs, karo, diego sanchez, sean sherk all have wins over diaz in the ufc- diaz has no wrestling, he has no power in his punches, and unless he's on top his ground game sucks-nick has 2 good wins-1 against gomi in pride and the win against frank who lost before the fight even started-"I hope I win"
