You really have to think of the logistics to do such a flight. If I had a lot more space here I could explain it all to you so that even you can understand.

@thgoat68 The government has been covering it up for more that 50 years. Outside of Roswell New Mexico a space craft was recovered and the Air force admitted this to over 30 newspapers world wide. People began to panic as they had done when in 1938 there was a radio broadcast to War of The Worlds. The air force retracted the statement and switched it to a weather ballon crashing. Many people have let the news out since they have retired and their jobs were no longer threatened.

@pianoqueen22 You can read all you want but you people that think aliens are visiting us are just fooling yourselves and making yourself look stupid. You've really got to look at the logistics involved in such a flight and you will see how next to impossible it is. Besides if they were really coming here why is there no concrete proof? Surely the government could't get to every case first to cover it up. And even it they did, people can;t keep a secrete, somebody would let it out.

@thgoat68 It's impossible with our current technology, but we've only been in space for like sixty years now.

Our planet it about 4.6 billion years old. The universe is somewhere around 13 billion years old.

That means that a LOT of other systems could be thousands, millions or BILLIONS of years more advanced than we are.

I'm pretty sure we'll master interstellar travel within the next thousand years.
