@hoku51 There is a clip of a G2B landing at Le Bourget (IIRC) on a rather slippery runway. The poster (who I believe is aircrew) commented that there was a crosswind blowing and they like to keep the ailerons turned into wind. That landing was a case where the FO took over the ailerons while the Capt. handled the tiller. I have only done the 4R approach in a B737 sim (NOT MSFS) where it was nil wind.
@BaronBoy100 The FO has his hands hovering near the control wheel just after touchdown like he's ready to save the day. If you need aileron corrections, you certainly don't need to be going for the tiller on rollout. The pilot flew a nice approach, I've landed on 4R many times, a fun approach.
@hoku51 There might also have been a crosswind in which case the FO will take over the control column to hold into wind aileron after the Capt. takes his hand off to control the tiller after the aircraft has slowed to less than the rudder effectiveness speed.
how do pilots feel about a&ps?

Nice approach and landing, why is the F/O so anxious with his hands on the control yoke? Must be an instructor type, always having to save the day.
