there's this guy who drives an EVO 8 around where i live, and his car sounds like complete shit with his exhaust. reminds me of the noise that civics make when they get an aftermarket exhaust.

@sidjenx - no, it is the duration in degrees of valve opening. Lift is measured in mm or fractions of an inch.
