Yeah he is new you can tell by the way he picks the can up and is undecided about wich way to go with forks. That sudden jerk to the can tells all. Most who have done it awhile do it all with one motion. And yeah he is full listen to the PTO.

@jisland619 I don't know what you are complaining about dude. I like Allied Waste, I especially like how they take care of their trucks and keep a very professional appearance. I made this video to show the truck dumping a particularly full dumpster. It is all due to my interest in these vehicles, I have no bias against any waste collection company as I have never had a bad experience with one to date. That's all it is.

Well one things for sure here. He's either a rookie. Or he's working with a full load. That's what's taking him so long. He's trying to pack it back.
