Fix your WIFI connection! (Extend Range, Stop Internet Drops!!!!)(Part 2)

This is a troubleshooting tutorial on how to fix your wifi connection. Whether be your internet is dropping or you are totally un-able to connect, this tutorial should be able to help you.

Tips in this video:
1. Make sure your computer has the software required to use wifi
2. Fix interference
3. Configure your router
4. Manually add your network to your computer
5. Try a different wireless adapter or router and or update the firmware/software of the device

my internet on my laptop and my ipod touch has been disconnecting like every 5 min and its being really slow. like 10 time slower than what it should be. would that be my router cuz this never used to happen when i first got it. my router is around 2 to 3 years old

@ZackumZ17 It could be your router going out. Have you tried anything over wired?

@mechrocktech ya i wired my laptop and it became faster, but not the same speed as what it used to be. Would that be a sign that its time to get a new router?

@ZackumZ17 Before you get a new router, try directly connecting to the modem, if it's slow still then it's not your router. It would be your modem and or service provider.
