Rapture isnt purely doom metal. Its more a mix of Melodic Death Metal with Doom Metal.

Thats the reason why you will hardly find any similar band like them out there.

you actually introduced me to this band years ago through your website, and i used to love it but i've grown out of it slowly after all these years... doesn't reach as far as it used to in my troubled teenage years.

they're probably not even in my top 10 doom bands now =/ but i appreciate them. futile is definitely the one most worth revisiting for me.
