  • Fantastic! But I have to declare an interest - I'm actually in this ad. The kid at the front checking his watch before Eric barges in.

So naturally I have Fond memories of making this and it might just be why I ended up in marketing.

  • SIT!!! So simple but so funny! He could make you laugh by just walking into the room....as this ad proves. God bless the two of them.

  • british atari ads i never seen before.

  • This was when Atari was cool. Who else would think of having Eric and Ernie to advertise their stuff?

  • All hail to their agent for getting them to do this.

  • 'oh sorry, i thought this was the party' lmao

  • They weren't shitty at the time... they were the state of the art then.

  • a precursor to ant and dec advertising the wii

  • i like the way they advertise shitty games like pac-man and haunted house

  • prices aint changed with any newconsole that comes out, it always been like that, megadrive gamesvwere £30 when they come out so were ps1 games

  • They were that expensive. You are probably thinking about later in the 80's after they went downhill.

  • Fucks sake, that brings back memories when i had one, the games werent that price at all they were £4.99 each i think? i think the console was £15.00.
