  • @goestyou You idiot. This type of excercise has nothing to do with weightlifting. It is for athletes who participate in sports that require a mixture of agility, strength and conditioning such as a football/soccer or basketball.just to name a couple.

  • @aci16 Not sure that is a fair statement. Both can be super challenging in their own regard. Doing both is obviously beneficial.

  • When they do the ladder it looks like they could be dancing to the music.

  • @Primape92 they're using their momentum to bounce and using their legs to lift themselves higher.

  • That one drill at 1:00, are you using your feet to bounce or your knees if you know what I mean?
