Naomi has outlasted all the other supermodel who came out by the end of 80s just like her,such as Cindy Crawford,Linda Evangelista,Claudia Schiffer,Christy Turlington,Shephanie Seymour and so on and after more than 20 years career her body changed little,she still can give a run for their money to much younger girls unlike Tyra who started 6 years after Naomi and gave up modelling much earlier doing much less high fashion and going commercial with Victoria's secret...no,sorry,Naomi is the DIVA

@isingjazz83 And for the record, Naomi isn't outlasting Cristy Turlington. Cristy is still the lead face for Mabelline cosemetics and appears in way more ads to the this day from, Escada 2010 10 Lanvin. I love Naomi but she is way to overatted. the only props I'll give her is her runway walk.

Did you ever wonder why Tyra and Naomi were the ones having the big fued, there were plenty of other black models but why tyra? because Tyra was ripping the runway like no other when she hit the scene. Her first season had a record breaking 30 fashion shows, better than any model, white or black. the reason she left was to make more money. So while Naomi can be proud of being a high fashion queen. tyra was laughing all the bank with VS

@0dour if you knew a little about fashion history you would know that it's a very racist world, black girls are used for cosmetic campaigns NOT half as much white girls are.Beverly Johnson got the first vogue cover with a black girl in the late 70's when the magazine had been runnin for decades already.Naomi was a disigner's favorite because of her looks and her walk, so she menaged to stay in the elite of supermodels, but she was too dark to put her in cosmetic campaigns, and that' the sad true
