I like Victor on the vibes a lot! I'd have to say that my fave xylophone and vibe player though, is Roy Ayers. :)

Wow. Really cool to see Rick Laird so young (I only really knew him from Mahavishnu Orchestra Mark I). I enjoy Feldman's conception, and he has a great compositional ear ("Seven Steps" and "Joshua" are two Miles favorites.) Thanks for posting!

victor was a unique player on the WORLD stage a fantastic musican a massive loss to all.i spoke to him briefly over 50yrs ago and he new people from my home town of leeds .what a lovely man .i was just a bop mad kid then but he took time to have a word.always remember that.i followed his career ever since and he went on to be one of the very best many thanks.
