  • The Mini Line dancer is on the low end of lighting. Good job on the Intimidators though. I keep my line dancers running throughout my gig (usually 4 hours) and they do fine. I'll be getting rid of them for more dmx and led lighting.

  • Yeah. I use it as a back-up effect. I'm not getting into led yet because it's so expensive, and the lights aren't even that bright. But again, they use about as much energy as your average CFL, so you'll never have to worry about blowing a fuse again.

  • I ordered 4 Chauvet ColorSplash Jrs. Ill let you know how they work out

  • OK. Please do. Those are what I'd use as back-ups. Thanks.

  • hows the mini line dancer

  • It's OK. It's not that bright, and the motor is a little loud, but it's a nice effect. Be sure to get two of them because of the duty cycle (15min on 15min off).

  • Not a fan of the mini line dancer after all of the trouble that I went through with mine...

  • Hope you can post a Gig Log soon, it would be great to see your DJ rig in action. Much luck my friend.

  • what song is playing at 0:41 ??Is it a Timbaland ?

  • at 0:40/1:56 what is the song that is playing ??

  • Ummm, actually they are very VERY bright. My Vue III is brighter than a full sized 900 Watt linedancer. It's also brighter than my 600 Watt Kinta, or any other light I have for that matter, and it uses 24 Watts. Check out my more recent videos, or my review of the Vue III which is LED.

  • Got them from a company on ebay centerstage lighting for $50 a pop. They sell for $80 everywhere else online. They are really bright and look nice, but now I have to get a DMX controller to work them.
