Sovereign 140 Carton Labelling machine

The labeller comprises of a stainless steel frame
supporting a 1.5 metre length of belt conveyor.
A sovereign AC servo driven labelling head with
vertical and cross conveyor handwheel adjustment.
A reject station mounted after the point of label application.
This is triggered by a laser code scanner connected to
ARGUS 6012 bar code reader.

Labelling head:

The sovereign 140 labeller head is self contained
and suitable for die cut labels with 3mm gaps on an
automatic dispensing quality carrier. To improve the
control of the labels and S roller drive is fitted.
A fork detector fitted onto a simple to adjust slide is
used to detect the gap between labels. A further optical
sensor is provided to detect product. Both sensors are
solid state and are fitted with their own sensitivity adjustment.
A variable speed AC servo motor provides the drive.
As Standard, labels of up to 300mm outside the diameter with
a 76.2mm inside diameter cores are required. Label winding
can be either inside or outside.
