Vigilante Joe Horn of Pasadena, Texas 9-11 phone call in its entirety. Check the number of times Horn ignored a direct order from the dispatcher not to go outside.

The shooting took placed Nov. 14, 2007.

The police were on the way and an undercover arrived just before Horn shot and killed two robbery suspects in the back.

This isn't a Charles Bronson movie. Not to defend the actions of those two suspects, but they weren't on Horn's property, which would've given him justification to defend his own.

Joe Horn decided to take the law into his own hands. And is race a factor? Would he had shot the two if they were white?

Joe Horn is currently in seclusion and has yet to be charge for murder.
