A note on starvation... Everyone should learn the "universal edibility test" found in the U.S. Army Survival Manual. It's a way to test any plants you find to see if they're edible. Most plants are edible to man. Ordinary dandelions, for example, are considered a weed and people are brainwashed into killing off these edible, medicinal plants which are high in vitamin C, etc. Why? To have a nice lawn fit for us cattle? Also, eating red clay can prevent starvation and cure intestinal problems.

By the way, thanks for the description of the different steps which leads from starvation to death. It's good for us to remember how lucky we are to have something to eat and to drink everyday, that's an alive miracle.
