Thomas C. Heller and Stephen H. Schneider

Abstract Please join two distinguished Stanford Professors, Dr. Stephen Schneider and Professor Thomas Heller, for a discussion on climate change and the emerging carbon trading markets. Dr. Schneider is one of the world's leading scientific experts of climate change (his name is cited on all those climate change charts and graphs we've seen so far). Dr. Heller has extensive experience with policy and negotiations surrounding climate change and sustainable development. • this is science? What a bunch of crap.

  • I think we could cut down dramatically on CO2 if people would just promise to hold in at least 50 percent of their gas-farts. The science is settled! Only Al Gore and his spawn and minions would be allowed to air farts whenever they pleased.

  • Thank you for your very informative and articulate presentation. I'll be looking for updates! Thanks!

  • Global warming is a scam. Go forward with this knowledge and your bullshit detector will get better by the day as you see the tricks of the liars and see the self deception of their dupes.

  • IF CO2 is the problem, you should be praying for global warming. Imagine all the CO2 produced by having to clear snow off runways, parkinglots, sidewalks, citystreets, rural roads, highways, and interstates. Imagine also the amount of CO2 produced from having to heat homes, businesses, schools, and factories all to a liveable temp (approx 68) For those temps that were down to -40, you have to raise the temp 108degrees to get 68. To cool down to 78-80 from 90-100 takes much less energy.

  • VERY good point. Thank you for pointing that out.

  • Kilimanjaro.

Deforestation is responsible for loss of ice at Kilimanjaro.

There is less precipition as there are less trees which means less snow.

    LIAR!!!!!!!!

  • Stephen Schneider is a blatant liar.

Watch "The Greenhouse Conspiracy", from 1990.

  • great information. thanks for posting.

  • Stephen Schneider the guy that also brought us "global cooling" back in the 70's.
