Diabetic man drove wrong way while in insulin shock. "Lucky to Survive" The arrest! From dash board cam video. Alledged excessive force. Arm was broken severely or Notice no medical attention while he lay there near death from a diabetic coma(low blood sugar). As well as now being very battered and bruised. Still they don't realize his condition and continue an arrest without any regard for the suspect or victim?

  • Makes you wonder if you shouldn't have some kind of a sticker on your vehicle. These boobs clearly have an exaggerated sense of power. Maybe reading something like, "caution: diabetic driver, may exhibit signs of intoxication" would make them think twice before acting like four year olds. Then again, from my limited interaction with the police, that might be giving them too much credit. I've had cops scream in my face for literally no reason.

  • Even for a man in insulin shock, driving on the rim is questionable.

Second, few officers are medically trained, few officers are provided with even the basic medical equipment when they are trained.

Third, was he wearinga medic alert bracelet?

In my opinion officers should be encouraged to get medical training and be provided with basic equipment, like oral glucose.
