If the frog eats any of that stuff in the enclosure, or anything like moss, bark, ect. It wont be able to digest it and the frog is at high risk of dieing

There are no set rules in animal husbandry. I wouldn't recommend a substrate like the one in this video for a noob, but it can work quite well.
