I went to A4e Hull last summer, the worst 3 months of my life. The staff were inept, though sometimes wellmeaning - they were in no way trained into helping people get work, which is and was the brief given to companies like A4e.

My tutor was sacked for manhandling someone he hated and continually threatening behaviour.

That catchphrase of hers is bloody horrible, she makes my skin crawl.
