this should sound like wan wan yue...

In fact, she seems to sing something different - could you help me to find a version of this song where the words I found in the web fit?

First of all, this is not a folk song; it was composed in the 1930s under the title 彩云追月 by the Chinese composer Ren Guang (任光; 1900-1941). The version you know as 几度花落时 is a pop song that is based on 彩云追月 but with added Mandarin lyrics, recorded probably in the early 1970s by Teresa Teng, with a cha-cha-style beat.
