No escape is 100 percent especially in a choke. But, in a real life and death scenario one possible escape which may be 40 percent successful is to pull down on the choking arms and bite into the flesh and tear out the flesh of the forearm. Another possible escape which might be 30 percent successful is to grab the instep of the attackers feet and pull up to break the ankle joints. This is why you always carry a knife, because escapes are not 100 percent. knife has to be rapidly accessible.
