@247custard It's not trivializing the rape of men by contrasting it with the rape of women. It's calling attention to the fact that society views the rape of men differently. He's making an accurate observation: that the rape of men is typically unreported. Society views it as "weak" and thus "not masculine," hence the jokes about men ridiculously excusing their own rapes rather than admitting what happened. But it's fine if you don't like this. Not everyone has to like everything.
