Jennifer Collins and her brother were abused by their father and yet the Hennepin County Famiy Court (Minnesota) awarded him custody. Their mother, Holly Collins, fled with them to protect them from further abuse. They were granted asylum in Europe.

I weeped watching this as I have been accused of the same crime... raising my daughter for 7 years and being accused of parental alienation even when there was surmounting evidence that father rebuked visitation even on cross examination and direct questioning he admitted he stopped his own visits! March 1, 2011... Justice will be served!

What a sad story. What sweet little ones. What great smiles they both have now. I pray they will all get to have a life now. With out the courts in their lives that did nothing to protect them. May God Speed JUSTICE for all and protection for their Mother.

@childrenunderground if you don't mind me asking...did they do anything to that stupid ass judge and your father? that wasn't right what they did...i'm glad you two made it out....most of the time kids don't make it out in situtions like yours. i hope you two are doing good?

I'm going through the same thing....because my ex pretends to be something he isn't I can't get the judge to take away visitation which is my son leaving twice a year for two months 13 hours away from me where i have no idea whats going on and can't stop it AFTER i showed very good evidence in court against him the judge passed me off as just another mother trying to be spitful toward the father and acted like the stuff i did show him he never saw and didn't let me show everthing i had to show

What more does a child have to say but the truth and still be ignored. I hope she doesnt get jail time, good on her for doing what the courts did not help her do... protect her kids from a monster.

Parental Alienation Syndrome was invented by the PAEDOPHILE, Richard Gardner. Research him, see for yourself.
The entire UK Government has been informed about this.
