Saluda Dam Railroad Bridge - a haunted place in Upstate South Carolina

This is a day clip of the Saluda Dam Railroad Bridge or Aqueduct on the Saluda Dam Road in Greenville, SC, right on the Pickens County border. Some have said they have heard wailing and crying late at night, mostly in the winter months. A man hung himself off the bridge in recent years, and there are several reports of jumping deaths over the years.

Me and my mom were the ones who reported the man hanging I mean I'm sure someone else did to though but yea crazy shit and I wanna find out if the lake is haunted because there was a plane that crashed in it

I live right down the lake all my life and i have never heard anything like that. Also the bridge in still in use today u can hear the train late at night.

My sister lived about 200 yards from there ! About 10 years ago we were on our way back from Easley and there were lots of car on the side of the road so we pulled over to see waht was going on and to the far left of the tressel ,there was a man hanging by a rope.It was the worst thing I have ever seen.We both felt sick.Thats all I can think about now every time I drive by the tressel.

I have been at that dam before because I had famil that lived close to it people say if you go there at night you can where people talking and that you can hear a train and yes I have herd it before.

They need to do some major work on that Bridge!!!! Rust is not good especially when you have that many Trains running there. The joints are probably rusted too and that isn't good. Hope they do something soon. Great Video!!!
