  • You have a good point though are there places to go when your on the run everyday. Besides, salads get boring after awhile

  • Perhaps one of the reasons that more then fifty percent of the country is overweight must be due to the fact that they are listening to your advise.

    Don't you think that it is about time the restaurants started serving foods that are a tad more healthy.

    Though don't worry, part of the new Obama health plan will change that soon by making it mandatory to post calories on these boards. They must be doing that for a reason.

  • If your worried about gaining weight why in the world do you eat at MaCdonals? That doesn't make sense. All there foods are fried.Stop eating at fast food places & have a salad.

  • This man is an idiot. Number one: If you really are trying to lose weight, you wouldn't mind walking your ass inside the restaurant where it would be far easier to locate and look at a nutritional chart. Number two: Your diet is not the responsibility of the restaurant. The job of the people working there is to prepare and serve your food, not help you on your diet because you have no fucking self control and got fat.

  • it's simple, if one wants to lose weight, DONT EAT JUNK FOOD. who cares about the calorie counts, it's all inherently bad food.

  • 108 Calories for a shamrock shake! You have got to be KIDDING ME! It must be made with broccoli!
