What accent does the sexton have? sounds fake.
-
I suppose so.
-
That's kind of the point... :P

@suedenimme Or, ya know, the fact that I could easily parody Tennant's version and not easily parody Branaugh's version might have something to do with how intense and emotionally captivating one was versus the other. And maybe that's important for this scene. I love Tennant, but I think this is one of the few moment's in his portrayal of Hamlet that he dropped the ball, or dropped the skull, rather.
-
I dont get why so much fuss was made about the real skull... they wouldnt have had the plastic technologies to make anything different in the times of the Globe. and to have the real skull is to have the full impact of the scene - this is a skull that was once exactly like the face staring at it.
-
Why are those skulls lying on the ground?
This gravedigger is kind of unsensitive, isn't he?
-
Where exactly did "Alas, poor Yorrick, I knew him WELL" come from? Seriously? No-one says it, apart from in pop culture, where it's all they say :S

@bonniegrrl This shall be carved upon David Tennant's grave...should he prove to not be immortal...may foamy grant him eternal life
-
David Tennant and Kenneth Branagh are both great actors with different interpretations. Let's just leave it at that, OK?
-
Sorry Dave but Brannagh's version beats this hands down!
Aw, I love the gravedigger.
