Just the same steps like catching a Dragonair

You only have to go to Mt. Coronet
and find a waterfall.
Use waterfall on the waterfall
and than go fishing with a SuperRod. Fish about 5, 6 times.
You find a Dratini or a Dragonair.

yo TheMoonSunLight do you need 2 beat the elite 4 and get national dex in order to be able to catch this or can u get it during the game b4 all of the stuff i mentioed?

how do you get there?

i'm doing the same thing and my lead-off is luxray, followed by manaphy, torterra, staraptor, floatzel, and pichu's egg. my luxray knows thunder, thunder fang, crunch and spark. manaphy knows blizzard, surf, waterfall, and bubblebeam. parker knows earthquake, rock climb, crunch, and giga drain. staraptor knows brave bird, fly, aerial ace, and roost. floatzel knows surf, crunch, ice fang, and aqua jet. unborn pichu knows volt tackle, thunderbolt, thunder, and sweet kiss.

flametrhower is good for ice..

But i know for sure that fire and thunder punch better are than flamethrower and thunderbolt, because that are SPECIAL ATTACKS, and my dragonite has 240 SPECIAL ATTACK, but 330 ATTACK. So, thunder and fire puch are much better :)

I have a lvl 100 dragonite :) also caught there, and trained. It has Fire punch, thunderpunch, fly and surf. very strong!!
