I love Balboa Park and I've seen the guitar player a few times. He's very good! The street performers there are a vital part of Balboa Park! The gardens and architecture there are gorgeous and free museums on Tuesdays! It's a good place to go and read a book, as it's quiet enough, but also a good place to bring the family, as it provides a lot to see and do. Balboa Park is also a very popular place for weddings.
