The steel angle iron that supports this brick veneer wall cladding has failed and caused a separation between the first and second course.

  • put some jacks underneath, and jack it up, then build a form up around the jacks, up to bricks and pour in place.

  • There's plenty of room to add a new bottom course. Just attach another piece of angle iron below the bottom course and insert bricks.

  • That is not brick veneer. They are full size solid brick. Should have used a brick ledge and this will NOT be an easy fix.
