put some jacks underneath, and jack it up, then build a form up around the jacks, up to bricks and pour in place.

There's plenty of room to add a new bottom course. Just attach another piece of angle iron below the bottom course and insert bricks.

That is not brick veneer. They are full size solid brick. Should have used a brick ledge and this will NOT be an easy fix.

That is not brick veneer. They are full size solid brick. Should have used a brick ledge and this will NOT be an easy fix.
