Whatever. I hated Bush with he power of a million suns but I was never petty enough to want him to fire real working American people from his staff even though he helped herald the whole economic collapse jobpocolypse that renders every job something precious in this country.

I dont care if every one of our presidents has had a pastry chef or not. If they did have a pastry chef being paid with tax payer money then Im against it on principal. Any president has no right to use MY money on personal luxuries. Just because there is a tradition of squandering the peoples money doesnt make it any more justified for the next guy. What is wrong is wrong, and thats the principal that you cant seem to get though your thick skull because your guy is in the hot seat

I'm fine with the staff that exists at the WH. If they were there before I see no reason why President Obama should not be afforded those same things. Again, you have no real proof that it's NOT coming out of his $200 thou a year or his $3 or $4 million from being an award winning author.

BO doesnt need to have a skeleton crew, he needs to have a reasonable, economically thrifty staff to run the white house and having a pastry chef and other luxuries on call seems like a waste of our tax money.
