@mracer8 I think what Julia was upset about was the fact that Vonn never acknowledged the rest of the team in interviews. Vonn enjoyed the hype and attention a little too much and lost sight of of her teammates, one of whom (Mancuso) was a defending Olympic Gold Medalist.

Mancus's was yuking how Vonn get all the attention from the media instead of her, maybe the fact that Mancus have not win a medal in World Cup for the past 2 yr while Vonn win 31 World Cup event, on the way to her third World Cup Champion and a gold in Olympic have something to do with all the attention she is getting!

Vonn crashed on the first giant slalom run. Once you crash, that's it - you don't even have the OPTION to ski the second run.

Love Mancuso's pluck. After ruining everything for Mancuso, Vonn didn't even finish the competition. Too bad "It's all about me" Vonn didn't make the decision to forgo competition BEFORE the qualifications.
