Why I am NOT standing up for WWE or the McMahons

WWE may have gotten a lot of its fans to buy its propaganda about how Vince and Linda are decent people and saints who've never done anything wrong and don't deserve any bad publicity. Not me. I started watching wrestling in 1996 back when it was still "WWF" and back when WCW was still around, so it's not like I'm somebody who knows nothing about wrestling who makes a snap judgment about WWE after watching Trish Stratus being made to bark like a dog. No, I know a lot about WWE. I'm a wrestling fan who enjoys watching the matches but who is appalled and pissed off about how WWE treats its employees. I've been appalled and pissed off about it for some time. Vince McMahon is a fucking bastard, and I'm not going to reward him for being a fucking bastard by standing up for him or his wife or for their company. So I'm doing the opposite.

not all wwe guys use steroids but yes some do but that shouldnt be a reason to not support what they do and stand up for em

@BorealNeal I don't have problems with the wrestlers themselves (unless they're dicks like JBL was), it's Vince that I have a problem with. He's the one who isn't supportive of his employees.

If somebody asked me to support the wrestlers themselves, I would. But that wasn't what Vince was asking us to do. When he did the "Stand Up For WWE" thing, he was asking us to support not the wrestlers, but him and Linda. He was asking us to defend him. I didn't want to do that.

@BorealNeal @BorealNeal Last year I actually made a video response to a guy named WrestlingJesus after he said that not just WWE, but all wrestling, was fake. My response in a nutshell: yeah, it's scripted, but it's less fake than you say it is, and I went on to explain why.

If they called me a loser for liking WWE or any wrestling promotion, I'd probably get pissed at 'em. So I've got different tastes than them. Doesn't give them the right to act like a dick towards me.

And if they said that Daniel Bryan or CM Punk or Christian or JoMo were boring to watch in the ring, I'd wonder how the hell they could say that if they ever saw any of those guys in a match.

If, on the other hand, they said "WWE sucks because they overpush Cena, because they buried Kaval, because they keep making us watch Hornswoggle, and because they tease a match between Rock & Cena and then tell us we have to wait a YEAR for it," I'd agree with them.

Finally a knowledgable wrestling fan that dosen't just eat up the propaganda thrown out by Vince and the wwe. The one of the most disgusting things I've seen in my life was the way Linda McMahon tried to distance herself from Lance Cade's death saying she may have met him once. A lot more people should see this but be prepared to be flamed by the majority of marks swinging on Vince's jock.

I'm sure you realized that this had NOTHING to do with the attacks the media has been directing towards the WWE for years, right? Vince never gave a crap about what anybody thought. It was all about trying to get Linda a few votes for the mid-term elections. Linda got raped at the elections. Not literally of course. But she lost brutally. Therefore this whole fake campaign was meaningless and futile.
