The professor's focus at Lancaster Bible College is preparing students for ministry. Professors are passionate about seeing their students develop as people, growing in their relationship with the Lord, putting their learned skills to use. Diana Menga, Professor, Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), in is committed to training students not just to be filled with knowledge, but to have character and compassion. Some students don't have a direction yet, so Menga prays with them and asks them questions. Professors look at their students' spiritual gifts and how they can use them to serve God.
