Synopsis for the film: "Philip Kaufman's brilliant film explores the erotic life of two individuals who became 20th Century literary giants. Reading Anais's diaries...then watching this is WOW! Uma sounds the way I pictured June sounding and looking. June Miller is fascinating. Strange. Beautiful. Never ever trully knowing her.
