A parody from the show 'Goodness Gracious Me' of the hit song by Pulp, Common People. It's called 'Hindi People'.

  • "I smiled and said 'Do you want a vindaloo?'"! Brilliant.

  • Hindi is a language, not an ethnicity.

  • this is a scream....

  • This will never stop being hilarious.

  • @NewZealandAri It's the hottest curry made in Western curry houses. To get a curry any hotter you have to know an Indian or go to India.

  • @x77uqabr6 Actually, it's not entirely incorrect, 'Hindi' used to be used to refer to the people as well, it's only recently (as in the last 60-odd years) that it's come to mean the language rather than the community. It's also not uncommon to wear mehendi on one's feet. That said, I still love this song.

  • @x77uqabr6 It's both.

  • Super yaar! 16 people hate combing their hair and being polite LOL

  • @x77uqabr6 thus highlighting the ignorance of the people that utter such nonsense.

  • @NewZealandAri Its a type of curry. Its quite good.

  • What's a vindaloo?!

  • @x77uqabr6

....I don't think you understand the original song, or the fact of why this pisstake is so brilliant.
