the whole "o well we smelled weed" is bullshit. prove it pig! its just an exuse to get past your rights. think about it a cop comes to the door your polite and tell them "im sorry you cant come in without a warrent." they get pissed just simpley claim they smelled weed and now you HAVE to let them in or guess what happens. and if they find something you can try to fight it and get the charges droped by claiming tey lied about the smell but whos a judge gonna belive? ... exactly. bullshit
