How did I increased torrent's download speed?

NOTE:
After I used many tutorials, that didn't helped me, I tried a combination of two tutorials(that are uncompleated). After my successful combination I was so happy that I could't resist showing you how I did it, and who helped me.

By the way...be patient, because the result can be seen after some minutes, after some protocols adapts.

P.S. The main thing that could speed up torrent download is port forwarding. For other tricks I can't be 100% sure.

I just stated the uTorrent because you could also tweak settings in that program as well so you could download even faster

i currently download 3 torrents which is 1.2gb and 2 are Downloading at 212.3kb and 1 is downloading at a painfully slow rate of 40-60kb due to the seeds any way i can help boost seeds? thanks inadvance
