Out of depression, and fear of her impending death, Queen Anne Boleyn really lets herself go - to the point where she is now too large to access her own tudor hometown. One of Donizetti's most poignant arias, i sang this in the park near my house and managed to finish before security asked me to leave.

  • I vote we all start an opera revolt.... if you are an opera singer, sing arias (in original language so no one knows what you are saying) in appropriate places.... It will be a special division of improv everywhere aimed at bringing opera to the masses.... BY FORCE!!

Come to my aid fellow opera lovers!!

    REVOLT!

  • YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!!!!

  • i wanted to see them chuck you out.......it would have given the video closure.

  • Dear Bel....., Are you channeling Sutherland, Callas, Gencer or the chipmunks???

You are obviously a sensitive, poetic fellow with a desire to express yourself as a

performance artist through the glorious art of singing! A poignant and moving aria,

your dramatic expression and understanding of the sublimated desperation of

Anna Bolena are laudable! I fear for your voice and suggest you consult a

vocal coach for breathing and tonal support...the world's next great diva(o)!

    Creative!

  • dear bel c

    i feel like i know you but i don't believe we've met

perhaps in a past production of emilia di liverpool?

please take your ease with the valium

a relaxed throat is a very good thing

    with affection
